Jaguar 2.2 X Type - Sticking variable turbo vanes #

Year of Manufacture *: 2008 Engine Size and Code *: variable vane turbo engines
Just wondering what the experience others are having here. On my own car, 2.2 turbo diesel Jag X type - Mondeo engine etc. Also customers Peugeot 3008 1.6 HDi. Sticking variable turbo vanes causing a slight 'bucking' effect at typically between 1500 & 2000 revs. On mine I have tried various tank additives and a Wynns spray turbo cleaner into the exhaust side of the turbo. I had felt a tight spot on the vane operation which is not now noticeable when working it by hand. But on the road as the temps in the turbo increase, the bucking can still be felt. Has anybody had any success with any products, or terraclean type things. With it being my car I'm willing to try a few different things to find something that works that I can then sell to my customers with a degree of confidence.
Thoughts / experiences please
Thanks
Nick

On mondeo turbo's it usually rust build up that causes vanes to stick so all the products mentioned will probably not work, i have only found this on mondeo/x-types for some reason. Cheers
