Audi A4 2.0 CJCC 2011 - Severe splutter for about 4/6 seconds #

Year of Manufacture *: 2011
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 ltr
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Bosch
( Optional) Fault Codes: No fault codes

I've an Audi A4,engine code CJCC with Bosch cp4 pump, no fault codes. Engine is ok at tick-over but a severe splutter / miss for about 4 / 6 seconds when i accelerate, rail pressure also varies about 100 bar. Had all injectors reconditioned & new rail pressure regulator [ pump ] fitted, still the same, any ideas what next.

Have you taken off the fuel metering valve to see if you have a large build up of aluminium filings.

What fuel pressures do you have ? upper and lower.
At what point does the pressure drop off ?

No metal filings in the HP pump, checked low pressure [ 3 bar] beleive it should be 5 bar min,fit new filter , fuel looks and smells ok,road test, seems a bit better, but wood from trees, gave car back to customer and asked him to return in a week to recheck but customer hasn't returned, i've tried contacting him but not answering my calls so i don't know if i've fixed the car or not, unfortunatly havent got paid for work done yet.
