2010 Vauxhall astra J 1.7cdti A17 DTR. original fault was dpf blocked and glow plug feedback codes and a lack of power, cyl 4 glow plug has a dodgy connector on plug (which is being replaced). when i originally diagnosed this the idle was fluctuating between 700 and 900 rpm, fuel pressure was fluctuating between 150 bar and 600 bar, inlet metering valve duty cycle was all over the place, recommended a new metering valve and regen.

Today we fitted a new IMV, carried out fuel pump learn and small quantity injector learn and a forced regen. idle is now spot on but when driving in 5th gear at 1500rpm when you accelerate it shakes violently until 2000 rpm and all is well (and the injectors crack like mad when this happens). due to lack of power i cant confirm whether it was like this previous.

Have i overlooked something, should i have carried out the small injection quantity relearn??
