Anybody any experience with these?
It is a little bit laggy til it gets to about 2000rpm, then it's off like a rocket. Initialy did a smoke test which revealed egr stuck open, cleaned this out and smoke test showed good, but still a little lag.
I don't work on many of these so not sure of the setup, but, map sensor with ignition shows 80kpa which is 20kpa below atmosphere, at idle it drops to 50kpa and gauge confirms vacuum present, I know most diesels never have vacuum unless there is a problem, I'm thinking the throttle body is partially closed, does anyone know if they work this way?
