Vauxhall Zafira (B) Z19DTH 2008 - Misfire under load - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2008
Engine Size and Code *: Z19DTH
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Launch
( Optional) Fault Codes: EGR insufficent flow (Intermittent)

Hellow Gents and maybe Ladies.

Had this Zafira in for overheat and blown head gasket. Had head leak tested skimmed and then refitted.
Now we have a miss-fire under load conditions (no fault code pointing any cylinder out) no miss-fire at idle. Had injectors tested all are OK. Fuel pressure OK, but can here a fluffing in intake so scoped AMM to see if I can id the cyl. In the trace I used # one injector as a reference but am not sure which cyl is what! Any ideas?? I recon that the peak air flow at the injector signal is possibly no 3.

Turned out to be sticking exhaust valves on #2 cyl, suspect that my mechanic may have damaged them putting the head back on.

Fixed #

Turned out to be carbon on the exhaust valve stems, have to have a word with head specialist that skimmed and crack tested the head.
