Audi A6 2.7 CANA 2010 - How do you activate a forced regen? #

Engine Size and Code *: 2.7 CANA

Hi

Does anyone know how to activate a forced regeneration using Vagcom?

Any knowledge will be much appreciated

Hello Ross,
There is some information on Wiki-Ross tech.

If not and you are using a genuine VCDS you could try E-mailing them, but remember they are USA based so the reply may take a day.

Buy VAG CAN PRO. this kit is cheap and very good!! it does all vcds does but litterally in a select menu. i did a 2010 gold dpf regen, just select dpf regen click ok and away you go. i use it mainly for all the extra's like tv unlock suspension hight adjust parking menu unlocks etc loads of one click functions.

I've got vag com pro but it's not got the drop down menu in basic settings 👍. on the wiki under common procedures it tells me that for uds systems. I think I need security access for mine but when I enter the code of the wiki the car won't have it .

I could do with the coding number to start the emergency regeneration on the 2.7 Ltr cana engine the one on the wiki is for a 3.0 Ltr number 10016 and the car won't let me in. The filter load is just at 68g I'm wondering if this is why I carnt regen it. Or is the coding number wrong 👍
