We have a Ford S-Max diesel in and found a large diesel leak from number 1 injector.

We replaced the injector and road tested, leak fixed from number 1, but now number 2 seeping from between the injector inlet tube that the high pressure pipe fits onto.

We found that there is an aluminium washer under the inlet tube, so we collected a few from our diesel specialist and fitted a new washer.
Leak fixed.

Now number 3 is seeping.

Is there a problem with these Siemens injectors leaking ?

Is there another cause of them leaking. IE over pressurising?

Part number off of injector is 9657144580.

Also does anyone know the correct torque for the inlet tube? I have been told 45-50nm but that seems a bit high.
