This is poor starting/non start.

When this first came in it would fire and then stop. Fault code for high fuel pressure, checked voltage at rail pressure sensor while cranking and rail pressure goes up to 4.2v. Renewed the inlet metering valve and tested fuel pressure now good and no fault codes but no start. Renewed fuel filter.
Put clear pipe in fuel line and found air getting into system. Checked all fuel lines from engine to the fuel tank (Removed tank to check pick up) pulled vacuum no leaks found.

Checked pump vacuum under cranking 20 inmg.

Can get engine to run sometimes and when running no problems. after leaving, engine fires and then stops. Any one had a similar fault?
