Ford Transit 2.0 TDCi 2003 - High fuel pressure - Fixed #

Engine Size and Code *: 2.0TDCI FIFA
( Optional ) ECU Type: DELPHI
( Optional ) Scanner Used: FORD SCANNER

Hi,
I have had this transit in and i diagnosed faulty fuel pump and fuel injectors.
Fitted new pump, Timing chain and injectors, It started and ran fine for two days, Then would not start and the glow plug light will flash giving me high fuel pressure. On looking at live data i,m getting 700 bar on crank!
I have fitted a replacement reg as i had one with spare pump.
I scoped the duty cycle on reg with ignition on and at crank. Please have a look and comment.

have also scoped the pressure sensor? if there is anything wrong with it or the wiring and the wrong signal goes to the ecu it can cause a no start

Hi,,
I have scoped the pressure sensor at the sensor and it was giving me high pressure like live data.
Sorry don't have wave form.

Do you know what fuel pressure you have in the return line of the fuel pipe?

Hi,
I over looked the crankshaft position sensor, the injectors were not firing which caused the high fuel pressure. Fitted new sensor and she fired instantly.
