Ford Galaxy 2.0D QXWA 2011 - Code U0284 & P246B DPF will not regenerate #

Year of Manufacture *: 2011
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 Diesel QXWA
( Optional) Fault Codes: U0284 & Pp246B

Guys

Need help with this one. Ford Galaxy with a code U0284 which is described as 'lost communication with grille shutter module A' and cant find a grille shutter or a module so looking for any guidance on this. Also the primary problem is that the DPF will not regenerate, and is coming up with P246B 'conditions incorrect for regeneration' which is a little vague!!

Any help on either would be greatly appreciated.

Update - We have managed to fix the U code this was caused by a broken wire to the module that opens the air flaps on the front of the car, however we still have the codes that wont allow the required DPF regeneration as mentioned in the previous post. Help needed please!!
