Citroen Picaso 2.0 RHR 2008 - Fuel additive, P1446 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2008
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 RHR
( Optional ) ECU Type: Siemens
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Hanatech
( Optional) Fault Codes: P1446 additive system level too low

Hi

This car flagged the light on the dash 'Particle filter additive level too low'

The garage changed the tank with a new one but the light is still on.

Can someone advise me of the correct procedure to resetting this system? I have tried with the Hanatech but I keep going round is circles.

Can you access the additive ECU the counters need to be reset if not already done. I have also had the additive ECU fail on them before.
