Skoda Fabia VRS 1.9 TDi PD ASZ 2004 - Poor MPG #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004
Engine Size and Code *: 1.9 ASZ

Hi all would anyone have any live date recordings or graphs of a good ASZ 1.9 temperatures eg intake, fuel, coolant
i have a fabia vrs with poor mpg it seems fine no smoke or starting problems but low mpg

i have looked at live data for the temperatures the 3 reading read about the same at cold, but coolant temp peaks at 88deg and fuel at 60deg, intake fluctuates around 20-45deg after a 20 min run

i have read the tdi pd only enters its most fuel efficient injection/ timing map when fuel and coolant reach 90deg is this correct?

i would be great if someone had some stored graphs of measuring block 007 so i could compare the reading

or if anyone has any suggestion that would be great

Hi

As there does not appear to be any thing wrong, Have you verified the poor MPG ? i.e what is the actual MPG tank full to tank full and what type of use.

Also check out non engine related problems e.g driver, Tyre pressure, driver, brake bind etc did I mention driver ?

yep we have used the car for a week now and have done around 200 miles full to full of shell vpower and it works out around 39mpg and over 100 miles was motorway miles at 70-75mph

the car has no other faults check tyres and brakes etc but all fine, the customer has calculated a few tanks and has had between 35mpg-41mpg but most pd130 i have seen average 50+ even driven hard?

What is the
inj quantity
inj start
torsion value
inj correction values

What is mvb007? I can not remember

At idle and 2500rpm.... cold and normal operating temp...
What is the
Low pressure readings before and after filter
Tandem pump pressure
