Peugeot 307 1.6 HDi 9HZ 2005 - Additive ECU no communication #

Year of Manufacture *: 2005
Engine Size and Code *: 1.6 hdi 9hz
( Optional ) Scanner Used: planet
( Optional) Fault Codes: p1435 U0046

Hi

Engine management light on. No communication with additive ecu, in engine ecu fault with van and can signals from additive. After unplugging and plugging the additive ecu communcation comes back. i think I did see the thread here about this but cannot find it. Now I have communication but will it sort it? or tehre is some kind of resetting procedure?
Any advices much appreciated
