I have a loud knocking sounds like injector knock get worse to point where have to turn off and excessively smokey code read 5 fault 2 relating to immobiliser 1 water detected in fuel filter and 2 and 2 injector codes replaced fuel filter replaced no.1 and no.4 injectors recoded and still the same.

Swap the injectors that you have removed for injectors 2+3 and code in.

Does the vehicle start ok after it has been stood?

Try a seperate fuel supply.

check the injector leak back.

Put an amp clamp round the injector wire and check for a control/short issue.
