Audi Q7 3.0 BUG 2007 - MAP sensor location #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Size and Code *: 3000 BUG
( Optional ) Scanner Used: autodiagnos

hello Does anyone have information on where the MAP sensor is, I have seen the boost pressure sensor on the main intercooler pipe. is this it? scannned and comes up with MAP sensor signal implausable.

hello James unfortunately i did not write down the fault code but it was map sensor implausable signal open or short circuit. i think the code was p0106 although i cant remember the vag code sorry about that.

Double check this fault code with vcds or another scanner. i had a q7 in with same fault when i read it with autodiagnos,i tried vag com and it same fault was described as the inlet manifold intake runner motor (very common). advise you double check with another scan tool
