Mitsubishi L200 2.5 2003 - Loss of power, codes 12, 49, 26 & 48 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2003
Engine Size and Code *: 2.5
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Launch

Just had this vehicle recovered to us.It will hardly rev with loads of thick white smoke.Codes retrieved are 12 boost sensor 49 over boost, 26 csp snsr and 48 ge. All codes will clear except 48. Can anyone tel me what the GE stands for in code 48.S uspect possible pump problem.

GE = govner electric.

I have sent some info by e mail that may help.

Personally I would want to eliminate the basics first e.g fuel quality (contaminated ) quantity & air ingress.
Air intake system and basic mechanical condition relative (scope) compression test.

Whats the condition of the bottom pulley?

Had a couple of these recently wear the crank, and short out the crank sensor.
