Peugeot 307 2.0 HDi RHY 2002 - Wierd codes P2022 & P0704 for air bag?

Year of Manufacture *: 2002
Engine Size and Code *: rhy 2.0 lt
( Optional ) Scanner Used: snap on solus,carman scan
( Optional) Fault Codes: p2022 p0704

hi guys this pug drove in with air bag light on. I scanned it and got P2022 and P0704. The weird bit now. I was in the air bag section when i got the P2022 which when i looked it up related to inlet manifold diaphram diverter. This model is the early manifold and it doesnt have the twin inlet diverter. Why did i get this when i was in the air bag section.ok now even weirder the wording i got with the p2022 said intermittant fault. Energy reserve ecu. What the ... does all this mean. The other code is a clutch switch, i thought for cruise control isolation but it doesnt have cruise.

The dealer said it might have a switch but wasnt sure. The dealer did repair something in the tank fuel pump and customer said it happened after that.car drives normal. Do i have a fritzed ecu or crook software.help please for a crazy tech.

Sounds like snap-on software to me, anyone near you got Planet?

thanks guys.i forgot to metion in my first post that i borrowed a carman scan and got the same result from it also.the codes wouldnt clear with that either.i hate to send things to dealers but i might have to.no i dont have a planet scanner nearby.i looked at buying the older version as they are cheap from cardiag but do they work any good.

mmm, had a 307 the other day with comms 2000 faults some odd codes and behaviour seemed to occur, codes would clear briefly but quickly reappear, we used snappy scanner but do also have planet, seems quite a capable tool although only cheap from the bay of e, fill

yeah guys im in south australia but if you want a working holiday feel free to come over and help me,ill give you a beer and maybe a snag.ok the comm switch didnt have any codes but i suppose it can still be a faulty one.i might buy a planet and try it.thanks for all ideas appreciated.
