Engine Size and Code *: 2500 4D56T
( Optional) Fault Codes: 13 BARO SENSOR

MIL LAMP ON,LACK OF POWER,DIAGNOSTIC TEST 1X FAULT CODE 13 BARO SENSOR,WILL NOT CLEAR.NO DATA OR INFO ON AUTO DATA (COMPONENT LOCATION?)HAVE FOUND BOOST SENSOR&VAIRABLE TURBO ACTUATOR,SPOKE TO LOCAL DEALER AND THEY ARE NOT SURE?IS IT IN ECM?

what is live data for baro & boost ?

I would suggest you confirm the boost sensor is OK and not just poor translation issue ( e.g. pull the plug and see what fault code is reported )

Also you can ring AD hotline and ask for the information you need.

Code 13, Barometric pressure sensor system. The sensor is built into the ecu. The code is set when the difference between the barometric sensor and the boost sensor is 13.3 kPa or more'

thanks for your response,I did check live data the baro sensor is showing 3.7 hg and not altering.the boost sensor is approx 30.00hg 1.2volts at idle,rising to approx 60.00hg 4.0volts on boost whilst on road test.I was stuck for info as to what i should be seeing,but from data recieved from boost sensor it appeared to be working ok.i did disconect boost sensor and it flagged a fault code which i then cleared.I am suspecting baro sensor or wiring fault ? I will keep you posted.

3.7in hg = 0.125 bar

seeing as atmospheric pressure is 1 bar i think you've found your problem

I think I have had the same fault before & disconnecting the battery solved it.
