AUTO SPARES via FIND A PART - Read this #

Via Find a part I got put intouch with Auto Spares (UK) Ltd, Gloucestershire tel 01594 860001. On Dec 5th they took £848 for a new head that has not been received neither has a refund. DO NOT USE THEM ..... READ THE FOLLOWING LINKS..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

How did you pay Richard,
if by credit card you should be able to claim the money back off the credit card company under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974.
This states that the supplier of the goods & credit card company are jointly responsible for the refund owed to you.

Hi Jon, thats what we're on with now, but why do we only rear reviews after the event...... Hope this post saves someone else getting ripped off.
