BMW 525 2.5 2004 - Misfire / white smoke, all injectors replaced #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004 Engine Size and Code *: 2500 ( Optional ) Scanner Used: KTS. GT1
We replaced all the injectors 6 weeks ago(recon DELPHI supplied)Due to misfiring/white smoke. Got a guy in who ran Autologic to read Injection correction values, 2 were bad, 2 were not brilliant.
We were informed you can change 1 or 2, anymore than that change all 6. Car came back running rough. 1500-2,00 rpm it misfires(feels like 1 cyl down)and chucks out lots of unburnt fuel(whitish smoke)over 2k it's like someone has flicked a switch and with no further movement of throttle pedal shoots up to 3,500 rpm.Called the same guy back who ran Bosch KTS and BMW GT1, KTS told him injector 2(correction value 1.14mg/ stroke)and inj 4 compensating.
GT1 flagged message change injectors 1 & 5.We had a replacement on standby which we put in 1 then 2 no change in running condition. So we put in every cylinder and makes no difference. When fault is created if the vacuum hose for the swirl flap diaphram is disconnected it is perfect.Correction values with both scanners are within tolerances. No fault codes at the moment.
We did have 4B10 & 3FFO the first time round before new injectors.
