Hi
This broke down and wouldn't re-start, to cut a long story short the customer has tried to get it going, it has had cam/crank sensors, fuel filter, fresh diesel, replacemnt h/p pump, engine bay fuel pipes with primer bulb,starterx2 and a battery. When i had a look after clearing all the fault codes, the live data fuel pressure on cranking was going up to 1500bar?, i asked him to refit the original pump and have the timing reset, i rechecked the data and it now showed a pressure around 400bar which still seemed to be higher than the required figure for start up, but still no start. I couldn't get my noid light to flash on any of the injectors and still no fault codes being logged. He has since tried something else, while keeping it running on easy start the new fuel primer bulb blew apart?. Does this ring any bells with the diesel experts on the forum to what is going on with this nightmare.
Any advice appreciated.

I have seen this on a renault when filter pipework has been incorrectly refitted i.e on wrong ports.
I would check ALL (not just filter) pipe work is on correct ports !!
