This was brought in on a rope non runner. Checked for codes there was one fault, main relay output low., I cleared this and then the van started, I ran it for maybe forty five minutes then turned it off, half an hour later it wouldn't start again with the same code. On checking at the main relay with KOEO the relay pulls in ok with battery volts at the output terminal but as soon as the engine is cranked the relay drops out, by wiring in some break-out wires I was able to see that the relay was losing it's earth so dropping out, the battery was well charged at this point.
Does anyone have any wiring diagrams and component locations ie fuses etc for this vehicle as it would be quite a job to trace things out without this info. I have had the ecu plugs off which looked clean and ok, I sprayed them with contact oil and re-fitted but no joy.
