Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 DTi 2002 - Re code diesel pump - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2002
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0

can vaux -com re code diesel pumps to car
have fitted second hand one took to vauxhall who said because it was not a virgin pump even though i had security code of new pump they could not code it,so i bought vaux com and going to try myself just wonderd if anyone else as recoded these pumps without using tech 2?

Hi Mick. I have programmed a used Pump on a Vectra C with Tech 2, I was supplied with both security codes for the vehicle and the replacement second hand pump, I Reset the pump using its own Code and Reprogrammed it to the car using the vehicles own code.

I was also told that it is not possible to reset the pump due to a mismatch of security codes, But it worked for me.

I assume its the PSG 16 Style pump/engine ecu with the 2 multiplugs. ??

Yes vauxcom can do this
if it's a proper copy you can view the procedure on the opcom wiki after registering
