further to recent post with fault codes we have two fresh astra h 1.7 cdti 2006 model one with 46000 miles one with 67000 miles .. both drivers experiencing spanner light on and car losing power, slowing down to around 30 mph/limp home mode ..both drivers probably driving around 70 mph dual carriagway/motorway -usual issue stayed like this until switched off then okay on start up .one driver had this prob twice on a 100 mile drive-- but the fault has occurred only 3 times in total on this car and once on the other car in the last 3 months ,have code read using launch and vaux.com both have shown there to be no faults stored have checked egr systems are clean and working properly live data showing all to be in spec .. this is the third one we have come accross in recent times has anyone had the same or similar problems ?
