Toyota Dyna SWB 300 2.5 2003 Pick Up - Fault codes P0190 & P1520 #

Engine Size and Code *: 2494cc 2KD
( Optional ) ECU Type: Denso
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Multiscan plus
( Optional) Fault Codes: P0190 , P1520

P0190 Fuel rail pressure malfunction
P1520 Stop switch circuit malfunction
Intermitant cutting out at juctions.
Vehicle had this problem in July 2010. New SCV fitted to rear of high pressure pump.
I had a quick look at it & found water in the fuel filter. Remove and cleaned the fuel tank and fuel lines. Replace fuel filet and fuel filler cap as key seal/flap on closing and cap right under pick up butt run off. Due to lack of knowlage of the Denso system sent to diesel specalist. They once again replaced the SCV. But vehicle cut out on road test. Removed the injector and sent away to Denso specalist for testing. No faults found. Reassembled and road tested. No fault. Typically customer collects vehicle and within 5 miles cuts out at jucntion. Any thoughs? I suspect the wiring loom?

You found water is the system, could it be contamination (system damage)?

I did a full system drain down & blew out all the fuel lines. I have removed the fuel tank and cleaned that right out. Added a fuel system cleaner and added new fuel. Bled the system through. The diesel specalist have taken samples around the system and found no traces of water, just the SCV (Suction control valve)apparently gummed up. High pressure pump producing good pressure and the injectors bench tested ok.

Is there a connection between circuits for RPS and stop switch circuit?
