Renault Modis 1.5 DCi 2005 - P0380 pre heating unit diagnostic connection #

Year of Manufacture *: 2005
Engine Size and Code *: 1500
( Optional ) Scanner Used: dec 3
( Optional) Fault Codes: P0380 pre heating unit diagnostic connection

Seems to be several variants on this code,new plugs fitted/non gen!,tested supplys to all plugs,whilst testing amps draw on each plug ive noticed one of the plugs is drawing 2 amps less than the rest,is the ecu that clever?,has anyone had the same issue & fixed with gen plugs your thoughts!or am i barking up the wrong tree,keith.

HiKeith Sometimes this fault can be confused with 4 therimal heating plugs fitted on thermostat pipe(sometimes at back of engine on heater hose) to heat coolant to warm up engine quickly to reduce emmissions. Something to try Con

thanks for that con,but did check for that this model dosnt appear to have them.
