( Optional ) Scanner Used: launch x431
( Optional) Fault Codes: p1677

Not 100% sure, but could it be cooling fan 2 control?

P1677 Glow Plug Controller Fault

- The communication between ECU and glow plug is faulty.
- Check the communication line between ECU and glow plug.
- Check the glow plug wiring harness.
- Check the resistance of glow plug: below 1 ohm.
- Check the glow plug relay.
- Check the ECU wiring harness.
- Check the ECU pin #113 for short to ground.
- Replace the ECU if required.
