Hi all, car come in none start, cam and crank sensor already replaced by another garage! Fault code retrieved P0016? which is described as cylinder reference signal loss of correlation, have scoped both sensors at ecu ok. On live data there is no rpm reading, i'm guessing this maybe an immobiliser fault. I can't find a list of these peugeot fault codes have used another scanner (omiscan) and this shows the same. Any ideas ?

P0016 is a standard EOBD fault code (not Peugeot specific)
P0016 Crank shaft position - Cam shaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A
Basically the sensors are not in sync, if you are happy that the sensors are OK, I would then be looking at possible timing issue? has the belt been changed? pulleys loose?
