Ford C-max 1.6 TDCi 2004 Automatic - New auto box fitted, now fault code P138B & P0220 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004-54plate
Engine Size and Code *: 1.6 tdci
( Optional ) Scanner Used: ACR4

Hi can anyone give me any help on this one, its been to Ford for work on glow plug/relay, it has had a new reconditioned auto gearbox fitted by a good well known repairer (in this area)it comes up with fault codes:-

P138B glow plug control module system voltage.

P0220 throttle pedal position sensor/switch B circuit malfunction.

It has previously had a new throttle pedal that had made no differance customer reported.
Red light comes on the dash and reads decreased acceleration, she can drive 70 miles and will come on near end of drive on return will not come on at all it come on mainly when hot when decelerating or braking.Can any one where switch be is please.

Hi, have you scoped the APP wiring at the ECU?

Have not had time to scope as per usual customer required her car she has phoned to say at moment its ok, have managed to get a etis print on modified wiring for supposed heater plug fault.

Car came back in after 2-3 weeks no faults then she said it was doing it more often, when we code read it same two fault but now also engagement in progress fault when we had a drive in it 4 miles no fault then when out again and found it undrivable it was like a slipping clutch and then no gears engaged, having to send back to gearbox repairers to get them to sort their faults out then try again!!!
