Car has very poor performance, no fault codes.

Have changed EGR and air flow meter.
Both turbo valves work OK, one new one previous garage have fitted.

When cold poor acceleration as car gets warm will get up to 85 mph but new surge of turbo though you can here whistle as turbo starts to spool up, live data showing good turbo pressure.
