Vauxhall Combo C 1.3 Z13 DTJ - Non runner, all 4 injectors seized nozzles #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Size and Code *: 1300 z13dtj

vehicle has had masses of faults, came in as a non runner, all four injectors seized nozzles, replaced fuel in tank usual filter, replaced and recoded injectors, vehicle starts then stops, blocked cat, removed cat for testing purposes vehicle runs with miss fire, no compression cylinder two, removes head replaces burnt out inlet valves, cut and reground all other valves and seats, vehicle runs like a piece of shit with mil lamp on, particulate fault, regen particulate van runs lovely and drives well no faults recorded in any system, but...............
glow plug lamp flashes permanently whilst running does not come on with ignition but flashes whilst running, glow plugs are now new they come on and go off as expected all off in live data yet lamp flashes whilst driving.
the worry is the vehicle ecu thinks it is constantly in regen mode, i know it is not putting the glow plugs on but not sure if it changing injector control when driving and has been the cause of the faults documented.
any one had this or ideas

i have tried about six different generic tools , vaux com and tech 2
no fault codes
i did the regen with the delphi generic tool

brake lights work fine, possibly the only electrical device on the van i hadn't tried

hi Graeme
live data should show you the level of dpf saturation 115% is the max i think so if yours is up there it may need another regen i think the the flashing light is for regeneration in progress or partial regen
could be wrong though

i know the % figure is higher than 115% yet this did not change after first regen
vehicle has improved hugely since first regen
dont think it is in a regenerative state as the glow plugs function correctly
possibly needs dpf, vehicle only has a very sceptical 18000 miles
i shall look into that thanks

regenerated the dpf, increased the soot content, lamp still on van drives fine
suggested dpf replacement customer declined
van gone out
sorry no fix
