Fiat Ducato 2.2 Tdci (Transit) 2007 - Loss of power and black smoke, multiple codes - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Code or CC *: 4HV

Vehicle came in with a few problems
Power loss and excess black smoke
Codes:
P0401,P0404,p0403 Egr
P0090 Fuel Pressure (high pressure Pump input reg)
P0221 Acc pos track 1
P2135 Undocumented code.

Egr was stuck new egr fitted
Exhaust was broken at cat sorted that out
Only code now is P0090
Live data show high fuel pressure at 470 actual target is only 230bar.
replace fuel pressuree regulator check wiring from ecu to regulator wiring good.
carried out low pressure test and I'm only getting .5bar from tank pump I would have though i should be getting 4bar does anybody have any tech info on low pressure side?

Manage to get hold of one of the customers other vans and compared low fuel poressure and that too was only .5bar.
Vehicle now @ diesel specialist

Took van to diesel specialist

Van drove fine black smoke cleared up on way, but management light was still on.

Diesel specialist relearnt new fuel pressure regulator I fitted and all's well
