VW Golf 1.9 2002 - Information required, how do you set injectors #

Year of Manufacture *: 2002
Engine Code or CC *: arl - 1900cc

can anyone tell me how to set the injectors. we have fitted a new camshaft & hydraulic tappets. Many thanks

This procedure should be completed exactly as advised in a workshop manual--- after ensuring that your camshaft timing is correct, it would be to easy to get wrong and destroy the injectors with incorrect adjustment from info someone supplies in good faith.

Use a dial gauge to measure full lift on the injector. Wind the adjuster in until resistance is felt then back off 180 degreees.

That is exactly what I meant, You know the procedure and your description is perfectly good for someone who knows.e:g-'wind in the adjuster'.--
Needs to be unwound before injector arm depressed and then follow your procedure, failure to do that could damage injector/arm etc,which is exactly why I replied that way.
