Renault Espace 2.2 DCi 2005 - Loss of power #

Year of Manufacture *: 2005
Engine Code or CC *: 2.2 DCI

Engine has no power on acceleration.

No fault codes logged. Have checked various components including MAF sensor.

Have removed electronic EGR valve which was totally blocked with carbon. Cleaned spottless and refitted - but fault remains. With autodiagnos what percentages should I get with live data?

Have checked mechanical linkages and diaphams and found no faults.

Any advice please?

Have you checked firstly the swirl flaps in the inlet manifold, they can get jammed shut. The air shut off valve in the egr body can also get jammed up. The correct procedure according to renault is to completely remove that housing and clean it right out. You need to reset the egr adaptives before it will work properly again.
