We have previously fitted the complete inlet manifold ,egr,plus actuator to this vehicle 9 mths ago approx 30k miles covered since for a contamination fault and the same usual problem has reoccured ,sludged completly and thrown off the air flap link bar .car does not burn oil and not breathing heavy and has covered 150k. dealer are saying not a known issue ??? not covered as its a taxi ??? if its coked up not covered ??? is there any miracle cures out there for cleaning it or am i wasting my time ?is there only one way to do this job again ? your thoughts would be appreciated. regards damian
