Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi 2007 - Non runner after timing belt replacement #Archived Message

Hi all, Just put a timing belt on this car, now it's a non runner, need a liitle help.
Initially we pinned the cam and pump sprockets but couldn't see a hole in the flywheel for that pin, so we just marked the position of the reluctor ring on the front of the cam, nothing seemed to move when we took the old belt off, so the new one was put on, two revolutions and it felt ok.
Car now starts initially but then cuts straight away, sounds like it's been shut down, we did have the fuel pipes disconnected, but it appears to be bled up ok and fuel pressure is good and no fault codes.
We've stripped it again but this time noticed the crank woodruff key is not at 11 oclock like autodata says and looking through the flyweel locking hole there doesn't appear to be a hole in the flywheel to lock it at 11 oclock.
