The above vehicle is the earlier type engine, it came in with a poor pulling fault and has shown up as heater plug circuit fault, this was cured with new plugs. the vehicle now has no fault codes, and we have tested it with a Smoke Pro and found no air leaks. The vehicle surges at 1500 to 1700 rpm and when you try to increase speed it does not want to go and puts out black smoke. We have cleaned the valve on top of the inlet manifold, Vauxhall say they cannot find a listing for an EGR valve! Any ideas please.
