Nissan Interstar 2.5 2002 - Non starter, timing belt failure #Archived Message

Hi recovered this van as a non runner with a snapped cam belt. Owner had started to strip it down but decided it was to much,so we have never heard it run. We put a cam belt kit on, checked compressions (1,2 and 3 cylinders 350 number 4 250 psi) engine will not start. There is no fuel supply injectors are not being triggered. We have tried both keys,and the fob for after market alarm. Cannot see anything not connected, have no coms with ecu. Next move is to send ecu to be tested. Has anyone come across this before.
