Ford Mondeo 2.0 2001 Durotorq - DI Poor acceleration, codes P0100, P1665 & P0335 #Archived Message

Vehicle is hesitant when accelerating, Can stall at times, engine can be jerky. Starts and idles fine. Codes are P0100 mass air flow circuit, P1665 Injection pump control module comms, P0335 Crankshaft position sensor a circuit. When faults are cleared car is fine for a couple of days. Any ideas?
