Done a few of these .I only use the Ford refill kit which is around £150 for 5litres of fluid and filling pipework and overflow catch container. This will do 2 cars.Fap tank holds approx 2.5 litres. If you take a look at the reservoir by the rear axle beam, the short stubby pipe that is horizontal is the return overflow pipe .Remove blanking cap and fit pipe to plastic catch bottle. The filler pipe is usually floating and clipped to the axle beam.Again remove blank cap and fill from 5 litre container and hose with tap.It is important to get the filler container as high as possible to reduce air locks.I usually put it on a ladder so that it is at car roof level.Fill until you see spill out of the overflow pipe. Can take ages.Reset sytem thro IDS.I would strongly advise putting a hose clip on the pipe that is attached to the filler tap,cos it comes off while you are filling and then the job is like creosoting your fence!!!Part #for kit is 1337646.
