Peugeot 607 2.2 HDi 2005 - Particulate filter additive refill - Fixed # Archived Message Posted by Peter Warman on April 22, 2009, 6:45 pm Hi All Refill Particulate Regeneration Additive This one was the first one i have done, the vehicle has done 118,000 miles and fault codes present for Particulate Additive. Its was fairly straight forward The additive tank is located just in front of the NS rear wheel, there is a clearly visible blank with 2 pipes, just pull it away from the clips and remove the top pipe (push in green clips) All the bits you need come with the kit from the dealer. Clip the pipe that comes with the kit into the pipe you have just taken off The kit comes with 3L of the fluid, pour 1L into the empty bottle that comes with the kit and screw the lid / valve that is on the end of the pipe you have just connected Raise the bottle, open the valve and let the fluid run into the tank (gravity). Once you have used the 3L then remove the pipe and refit blank and push back into clip on tank Connected MODIS and into "Diesel Additive" Reset the Additive Counter (reset Filter Counter if you have cleaned or replaced cat / filter as well). Back into fault codes and cleared. Took for 10 mile test drive and rechecked for codes, non present. Customer took vehicle to fill up with Diesel.
