vehicle will run for approx 30secs-1 min ok. it then starts running very rough starts knocking badly then stops. leave it for a while then it will do the same. at the same time that if plays up the glow plug warning lamp flashes continuosly. also if the key is turned on for same amount of time without starting the lamp will flash & then it won't start. codes that keep coming back are - 380, glowplug heater circuit A, 1632, alternator fault sensor circuit malfunction, 1211 injection control pressure out of range, 325 knock sensor circuit 1 malfunction, 2288 injectior control pressure too high, 251 injectior pump fuel metering control A, 2633, injector control pressure regulator open circuit. also when engine is running ok we have comms but as soon as the warning lamp flashes we loose comms. we have checked fuel filter for any metal contamination -but all was clear. we fitted a new metering valve on the back of the pump. we have checked leak off amounts which are ok when the engine runs ok but a lot when the engine is about to stop. charging system seems ok. we are a bit lost as we cannot keep comms long enough to getting any firm readings. any ideas would be much appreciated.
