Hi,and thanks.I had time yesterday to have another look at this one.I tried un-plugging the injector one at time fault didn't clear, but after speaking to garage owner it transpires that the cylinder head been off for the remove broken glow plugs. The injectors may have been moved around! So I carried out the re-coding of injectors, during this process I may have disturbed a possible fault in the wiring loom because the P0200 cleared and the vehicle started.
So I took it for a thrush to allow the knock sensors the recalibrate the timing ect what you know,it broken down!(though it did perform very well)When I was sat at the side of the road it restart but my throttle input could be see on live data the engine made no response,on return to workshop the following codes were recovered.

    P0200 - Injector Circuit / Open
    [Present]
    P0251 - Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control "A" (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
    [Present]
P1211 - Injector Control Pressure Sensor Above/Below Desired
    [Present]
P2288 - Injector Control Pressure - Too High
    [Present]

The next move is to get the loom apart.
The system is seems capable of logging codes for individual injectors when they are "open circuit "
so why is p0200 so vage,do the injector share a common line ? Regards Nigel.
