    Peugeot 206 1.6HDi 9HY 2005 - Non start, fault code P0704, P0299, P0238, P01639, P0472 - Fixed # Archived Message

    Hi all
Had the above vehicle in yesterday, non start situation. Fault coded
    p0704 clutch pedal not plausible
p0299 boost pressure control regulation not plausible
p0238 boost pressure sensor open circuit/positive short
p1639 electric fuel pump signal error
p0472 particulate filter differential pressure sensor open circuit/earth short
p0215 main relay short to +/ground or open circuit
p0341 camshaft position sensor signal error

Fault codes will clear with ignition on but as soon as you go to start it there is load clicking from the fuse box under the dash, the lights start flashing and the wipers start to go, and the faults return. When you release the key the dash lights go off and it takes a few seconds for them to come back as though it reboots itself. I take it that the fuse box is the bsi unit. The customer was driving the vehicle with no faults when it just cut dead and wouldn't start again. There is no faults stored in the bsi unit. I think it could be a bsi fault but not sure, any info would be most appreciated.

    Regards Jamie
