Had this vehicle come in after having a secondhand replacement engine fitted at another garage. Have now fitted the original pump that came with the earlier engine (2001) due to different numbers on pumps but vehicle still suffers from excessive diesel knock. Have tried just about everything. Wondered if anyone else has had the same problem as I am told this is common after secondhand engines fitted to these vans. |
