    Hi Guys
We did avoid this type of business for a long time, but when one of our suppliers (Randstad Ltd in Newcastle) became involved in this with a company called Essing from Holland we were invited to become part of a network of fitting centres & I have to say have been very pleased with the results.
Wim Essing & partner Twan hold regular seminars with Ranstad for customers to meet & discus the tuning boxes, developments etc, all engines are rolling road tested during development, you can even phone direct or email if you have queries & as it is boxes instead of mapping you can revert to standard in minutes, the Essing company is endorsed by Mercedes & Kia in Holland. The boxes & leads are very high quality, matched by fitting instuctions & backup.
Ranstad are very focused on having quality garages using this system & they wont allow others to start tapping into your area, that said they do encourage you to have satelite dealers appointed by you where you can still get a small commision without even seeing the vehicle.
Look at www.dieselpowertuning.co.uk & call Philip or Martin Dowd at Ranstad Ltd for more info.
We also do a diagnostic scan & rectification before we fit, so thats always another string to the bow, its basically a clean hands job & a hell of a lot easier to make a pound compared to replacing common rail injectors! (see my other recent post)
Hope this is of help/interest, Philip Cockburn.
