Hi people, Can someone just answer me a quick question please. Customer dropped their (volvo S60 2.5 diesel) car first think today for a service & poor starting when hot but not all the time. Drove the customer home in it and it drives fine got back to work switched off and then tried to start it but it just turned over, after about 20/30 seconds it fired up. Tried it again and again but it now fires up first time every time. There are no fault codes, I have done a leek off test (now this is my question) and 3 out of the 5 give heavy spill back the other 2 give none, so I'm thinking it might be injectors but why does it only not start when its hot and only plays up now and again. If it was injectors wouldn't it not start at all hot or cold?  Many thanks Andy |
