| hi steve. had one in the other week none stater the same. mine made a loud noise the same as you mention so i am surs thats normal. after lots of investigation it turned out to be a hole in fuel pipethat takes a sharpe turn at the rear corner of the cyl head it had chaffed through drawing in air. a new pipe from main dealer is about 90 pound total rip off. so i added in a length of good old fuel hose with jubille clips and it done the job nicely. hope this helps.mick |
