Struggling to start when cold or first thing in the morning, cranks over perfectly ok, good battery voltage. Glow plugs drawing 82A, Fuel rail pressure 420 Bar, starts but either stops start away or keeps running at around 400 - 500 rpm, after several starts it runs ok, revs up ok and then ok all day ?
