Hi John, in my dim (and very distant) memory, I seem to remember that fault code appearing for a couple of reasons. Chafed fuel pipes on the rocker cover, and a dirty/failing fuel metering solenoid.

Often a dip in an ultrasonic bath was enough to cure the solenoid problem.
